    good luck getting holiday coverage. theres an order desk thats supposed to call your customers while you're away. just be ready for damage control when return or rely heavy on colleagues

    Compensation when on days off is good. It is easy to book time off , and are approved quickly

    I have always worked jobs that when you wanted to take vacation, you had to deal with the fact that you weren't going to be making and money. It really is a breath of fresh air to have a job where you are allowed to take some personal time that doesn't come with the baggage of worrying about covering your expenses, which not only makes your time-off more enjoyable but also makes more expensive destinations possible for trips! My only issue with this is that I wish every employee started out with 4 weeks of vacation instead of 3. 4 weeks of vacation is currently only achieved after 5 years of service, whereas if you really wanted to take some time of work, you could always take a leave of absence but without any income ofcourse.
