The insurance package is very flexible, you are able to choose different combination or deposit all the money into your TFSA or RRSP. Paid vacation days start with 10 days and then raise to 15 days when you hit four years, eventually grows to 25 day when you hit 10 years

Symcor's RRSP matching is terrific. For every $1 the employee contributes, Symcor matches with $2. Vacation isn't great. Vacation starts at 3 weeks and an employee must be with the company for 10 years in order to get 4 weeks.
