Annual performance bonus as well as company matched employee savings plan were nice perks. You can contribute to a group RRSP (out of pocket) if you wish but the company provided employees with a pension plan. A Health Spending Account was allocated to each employee to use for massages, physio, etc. All prescriptions were covered and you had discretion regarding the amount of coverage you wanted for dental, accidents, extended health care, etc.
There are good benefits such as monthly time off periods and volunteer opportunities
