    The employee does not have pay for benefits, completely covered by Starwood.

    They lack work life balance and the benefits package is only at 80% to a max of $500.00. Does not include massage which is a necessity when you are on your feet all day and quarterly, this coverage would be wonderful

    Vacation allotment is slow to grow. 3 weeks at 5 years, 4 weeks at 10 years and 5 weeks at 20 years of service to the company. Supplemental medical coverage is just OK

    The best thing is the friends and family rates to stay at other Starwood Hotels & Resorts worldwide. The worst thing is that as a Front Office Leader, you have a better chance of winning the lottery than receiving time off if you work for the Westin Bayshore.
