Share options and enrolment into the pension scheme after one year working at the company. Fifty percent discount on food while on shift, and thirty percent discount on food and drink at any Starbucks when not working (excludes franchise stores such as in motorway service stations). Holiday is 28 days per year, adjusted for your working hours and accrued throughout the year. Shifts can be flexible but this is dependent upon the manager and employees are required to be able to work shifts at other stores in the district - often this is not problematic but may be if transport is an issue. These benefits are great-day-to-day but not much when compared to jobs in the city such as free gym membership etc.
As a part-time employee the benefits are fairly small, so I am not an adequate judge of the overall benefits package.
