Very comprehensive medical/dental/vision, along with excellent parental leave benefit.
Splunk allows you $500 per quarter for health and wellbeing expenses.
Best: There is an initiative undertaken by the leadership and management to make sure employee's satisfaction and happiness are high. A lot of programs to make sure the wellbeing (mental, physical, and financial) of Splunkers are being taken care of. Worst: So far so good. No complains.
