There was nothing wrong with the benefit package as long as you were employed at Sitel. Now, I am no longer with them, I no longer have the package but the insurance company has made me an offer but I have to wait until I have a job in order to take them up on their offer.
Retirement benefits is a joke. High MERs, not paid enough to benefit from a RRSP. Medical is ok. Aspiria

It was only 30% I was expecting a 100% because of the job post. Unfortunately, that's all they could offer according to them.

Honestly don't know much about the benefits wasn't there long enough however we did have benefits for bonuses it was ok i guess

Takes 90 days to kick in, but once in the programs all areas of coverage are at or above industry norms.
It takes 3 months for the medical benefits to kick in and 6 month for dental. Base salary for phone agents is 11/hr for first 3 months
