    Becuse i just worked temperory I do not know any thing about benefits for working in SFU.I think it is for people who work full time there and they get a lots of benefits.

    Dental benefits are standard. Practitioner benefits are limited. Prescription meditation benefits are standard. Vacation day allotment is a bit better than standard for CUPE staff. Tuition waiver for all credit courses for staff person, spouse, and children is the most valuable benefit!

    Average pay scale and there is cap when you reach the ceiling in the pay scale.

    There is no benefit package for postdocs. It depends on your supervisor as well, but it usually applys if you stay with the supervisor for a longer period of time and if she/he is happy about your outcome.
