Great RRSP match and excellent returns from GWL. Flexible benefits, which was great for me and a healthy single person. Unused dollars went to RRSP.
The actual dental and health benefits are mediocre compared to others at larger companies. However they do a 4% RRSP match which is nice.

Unfortunately the HR department makes a simple plan so convoluted and difficult to understand. I believe that it's to confuse employees so that they don't see that the plan is so sub-standard that it's laughable.
