Pretty standard benefits through Sun Life. Similar to the union employees. Adding a wellness plan would be nice.
MOst of the extended health care benefits are 100% paid by the insurance company
amazing benefits package, could use more paramedical $$ though as they run out after a handful of visits.
Pros - Excellent physio, eyecare, prescription coverage Cons - Mental health care has a very low threshold, there would be easy ways to improve the benefits package so this could cover more
Best thing is unlimited physiotherapy!!!
