Paid parental leave policy for new moms and dads

Fairly easy to work from home prior to the pandemic (manager dependent), and no rush back to the office now.

Time off is really nice as they close all the offices around the world between Christmas and New Years. This time does not come out of your vacation package, and encourages all employees to take time to disengage from work.

Former Communications Intern in Washington, DC, District of Columbia

Unpaid interns aren't entitled to any benefits or pans that full time employees receive. IN my experience most interns aren't entitled to these benefits at other organizations too.
