Don't get discount on boilers, do get 20% in store from day one and 20% in b&q after 3 months. Have a discount card for Screwfix so we can use discount in other stores. Sometimes it's hard to prove you work for them if you use your local store not the one you work in
Nothing special. Alongside the pretty average pay for such a profitable company, the benefits were the same as you could get anywhere really...
Majority of roles pay less than industry average
Company discount, share save and pension are good. The rest of the benefits are limited - paternity leave, flexible working, bonus etc.
20% discount at Screwfix and B&Q is good and the pension scheme's ok if you pay enough in, but the rest of the benefits are pretty basic. Until you get to senior management level you get very little over the statutory benefits.
Great discount and good pension scheme Lacking health care, poor sick pay policy
discount within store and B&q NOTHING ELSE REALLY
