    3 weeks vacation for entry level with 5 personal days (which can be used as vacation)

    They give me extra pay if I don't use the vacation. If I do need the vacation, just apply and let manager approve. With in the limit (I had 4 days for 4 month period), the vacations are paid.

    Vacation is nice but if you return to work with an even bigger pile because there wasn't enough manpower to cover your desk/files/deals while away... then whats the point of a vacation?

    Scotia offers a great option for vacation and personal time off when needed. The vacation tracking system can be better, but you'll manage.
