Cons: Lower pay for tech (than actual tech companies - expected since business leaders consider tech as cost), Organization politics - this varies from teams/groups, Old/legacy techs so not much room to grow on learning about best practices in tech/innovation

These benefits are based on being full-time permanent, and recently transitioning to part-time permanent. No benefits for contract workers. 1. Basic/Core health coverage with percentage ranging from 60,80,90% coverage. 2. Can opt in for dental coverage and how much insurance pays for dental work. 3. Given a dollar amount to spend on insurance in a given calendar year and can allocate the amounts in categories you want, such as to pay for optional dental insurance, additional health spending, gym memberships, etc. 4. 100% mental health coverage up to 10,000 5. Optional ESOP, group RRSP. 6. Optional pension contribution 7. Accrued paid time off (pay percentage based on length of employment and position). 8. Accrued sick days, expires end of year. 9. Vision care insurance with dollar maximum every 2 years. 10. Optional life insurance, disability insurance. 11. One chqing account free. Certain discounts on car/home insurance (but compared to other insurance companies it is still higher). Slightly preferred rates on borrowing. 12. Tuition reimbursement if degree or program aligns with bank's business model and values (ex. Degree in business, finance, accounting). 13. Bonuses based on performance (sales).
