Good holidays but managers can choose if you buy more and they approve your days. Maternity is good and fair. Charity days allowed but again manager discretion. If you are a manager at certain grades you get good sick pay and private healthcare and car but this is very senior
Flexibility to work from home. Good bonus paid most years. Company car scheme. Goood pension. A benefits packages like this makes you want to stay.
Company car and health insurance typical holidays
Excellent at senior manager level - but could be better if more flexible for junior managers and below
