good eap, standard medical and dental benefits
A lot is included, but often only pays more than half of the cost you need (drugs and dental cost, services cost, duration of services), and the rest is expensive. Providers say that Ricoh coverage is lowest tier for benefits coverage they see. EAP is only for show. Inconsistent payment processing of claims.
Pretty average benefit package, can't complain.
Poor benefits plan, low allowances for treatments
Benefits are good - good health coverage for employee and family, and adequate personal days. Company has some incentive programs that are sometimes good although in general better pay would be more beneficial.
