  • Life Insurance(5 comments)

It seemed pretty good with a decent amount of coverage available at reasonable rates.

  • Maternity & Paternity Leave(3 comments)

Full Maternity & Paternity leave. In Quebec is at about 18 months of leave. Sometimes the company don't have a replacement to cover the team. This is really important to me.

  • Vacation & Paid Time Off(3 comments)

We have 6 pay of leave , more 2 days of the company and we can buy 5 more leaves days per year. 2 weeks of vacation per year.

Former Director in Calgary, Alberta

The best thing is that they offer up to $2000 in training every year to employees.

Former Business Development Manager in Toronto, Ontario

good eap, standard medical and dental benefits

Former Solutions Specialist in Toronto, Ontario

A lot is included, but often only pays more than half of the cost you need (drugs and dental cost, services cost, duration of services), and the rest is expensive. Providers say that Ricoh coverage is lowest tier for benefits coverage they see. EAP is only for show. Inconsistent payment processing of claims.

Pretty average benefit package, can't complain.

Poor benefits plan, low allowances for treatments

Current Employee

Benefits are good - good health coverage for employee and family, and adequate personal days. Company has some incentive programs that are sometimes good although in general better pay would be more beneficial.
