‘Average benefits, although they were hard to claim due the way man agent handle the processing of them’
‘That was actually a good benefit, in that it could be bank for up to three years. Very flexible on this one. Vacation was at government standards until you passed 8 years. Paid time (sick time) was increased each year yo worked. Retirement home you needed to take time off when sick. ’
The management failed to implemented it after the three month agreement . Was a hassle to get them to put you on . They would not go retroactive even though it was their fault. they deducted the money but failed to tell people they had to sign another form to start it
no benefits, they don't tell you if it's permanent or temporary line
Horrible benefits doesn’t cover much of anything. Penny pension plan, the worst of its kind of the 21st century. No employee assistance and this company needs with the caliber of staff, poor staff culture, emotional nurses and frequent bullying and harassment cases, EFAPis much needed
Insurance benefit sucks, not much as we have to pay for the insurance and due to that most of us never purchase the insurance no other benefit offer

25$ per visit for physio/Occupational therapist or massage therapist. If not the primary in Co-Pay will not pay any amount.
For Managers it starts right away. AD&D and Life insurance is mandatory but Head office provides no information. RX coverage is great, dental is okay amd vision is sad.
Some [paid for but ok
It is about average industry standard. Nothing special.
extended health benefits are great bu only 5 sick days
Standard extended health, dental, life. Employer matched RRSP. No EAP of education reimbursement unless negotiated.
