I did not have a benefits package.

Its a pretty standard package that you find in most corporate companies. there isn't a best or worst thing really.

There really is not much in the package itself. It was starting to get better for a time as the HR manager knew that to find and keep good employees you needed good benefits, however the company is financially unable to sustain those types of benefits.
