Private healthcare, free gym membership, free breakfast, birthday day off, pension scheme...
It is a very flexible benefit system chosen annually or at life events.
Plenty of the usual benfits for a company of that size, plus onsite free gym, free breakfasts, decent on site restaurant, untold food (Fatspace!), recreation rooms, it's very good in that respect. They have however just changed the bonuns structure, and there is talk of further cutbacks, due to being acquired by a private equity firm.
The best thing is called a fun budget. You have £25 per head per month in your team to spend on fun team building exercises. This can be anything from a trip to Barcelona to go Karting, drinks, meals. The money you have per head of your team can be saved up over a quarter to do something really awesome.
Flexible benefits, BUPA covering pre-existing conditions
I don't have children but if I did Rackspace is where I'd want to work, they by far and away the most accommodating company when it comes to family I've ever seen
great people culture here, the benefits package allows you to go out with your team every quarter and enjoy an activity or meal for the hard work you've done.
Benefits are great! Salary is in line with market
Pro: Clear list of benefits, that can be easily managed through the internal portal. Con: Seen better overall packages for a company of this size.
There are loads of great benefits at Rackspace, ranging from private health care to good quarterly bonuses.
