Great benefits package, anything from private medical insurance, dental insurance, pension, life and income insurance, free gym pass and a few more. Better than what I've seen so far on the market.
Best part of perks is the budget each team gets to do some kind of fun activity each quarter. This seems kind of basic but it was actually really great for morale and team building to have budget to go out for dinner or do something interesting outside of work hours and environment. Holiday entitlement was good and you also get a bunch of volunteer hours that you're encouraged to take. Plenty of other good benefits too like cycle to work schemes, gym discounts, travel insurance etc.
Best thing is that there is a pension scheme, although and not so positive is that the bonus is only paid at one time in the year.
Great selection of benefits. One additional annual leave day gained for each year of service and 5 can be carried over to next year. Resulting in a total of 35 days after 5 years service.
Holidays and having the opportunity for charitable work which was paid for
Private healthcare, free gym membership, free breakfast, birthday day off, pension scheme...
It is a very flexible benefit system chosen annually or at life events.
Plenty of the usual benfits for a company of that size, plus onsite free gym, free breakfasts, decent on site restaurant, untold food (Fatspace!), recreation rooms, it's very good in that respect. They have however just changed the bonuns structure, and there is talk of further cutbacks, due to being acquired by a private equity firm.
The best thing is called a fun budget. You have £25 per head per month in your team to spend on fun team building exercises. This can be anything from a trip to Barcelona to go Karting, drinks, meals. The money you have per head of your team can be saved up over a quarter to do something really awesome.
Flexible benefits, BUPA covering pre-existing conditions
