Full benefits package, unlimited PTO
It was a good effort, but they took on too much instead of perfecting a smaller range.
Perhaps because they are a Canadian company, the health benefits are not especially subsidized for US employees
Good drug and dental benefits, covering 80%+. Company also has health and lifestyle spending accounts which is a nice add-on.

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

Great benefits package through league allowed us to put the money where we wanted.
Good based on the companies size, could do with better mat/ pat benefits and an increased % to the GRSP, but hopefully that comes over time.
unlimited vacation is real. Company promotes it, manager prompts you to take vacation. Yes, you have key deliverables, however you're highly encouraged to take time off for health and wellness
Benefits were good, dental and drug benefits. The best benefit was the unlimited vacation days. My boss at the time recommended between 4 - 6 weeks of vacation a year.
