You don't get to take a lot of vacations, but the compensation given feels just and appropriate in my personal opinion.
15 days off as a base in addition to staff appreciation days (2) and flex days (3)
As a manager you get 4 weeks vacation. You can take unpaid leave in which they pay your benefits cost
the best thing about vacation and paid off time is that it shows that the company wants it's employees to enjoy and take some time off to better the performance of it's employees.
Basic 15 days off when you start. Then you have stats and some staff appreciation days. However they force you to use vacation during Christmas office closure. So you have no choice but to lose 3 vacation days over Christmas.
Summer Intern Benefits: Great fitness benefit for interns, and good coverage that is pro-rated.
Best thing about company is flexibility benefits and ability to work from home if required as long as get work done
Vacation is standard across the industry. Be expect to work even on vacation.
