I have been working here a while and the benefits are very flexible, including private healthcare and ability to purchase additional days off.
buy or sell holidays for cash.
One of the best pension schemes in the industry
The benefits package is reasonably generous. Option to take more or less holidays. Health, salary and life insurance etc. Main downside is that some - such as health and life insurance - are compulsory. They can take up the vast majority of your benefits allowance in your first couple of years, and give you no chance to shop around/choose different benefits.
The opportunity to carry over 10-15 holidays which gives max entitlement of 40
Great renumeration with perks - expect strong salary, great pension, option to increase pension payments, no doubt they want their pound of meat for it.
PwC offers a very full benefit package which can be tailored according to personal need and circumstances
As an intern you don't get a benefits package, you get a salary pro rate. From what I heard the benefits package for full time is good however.
Private healthcare is great, but pension is poor with minimal matching below manager grade
Excellent pension plan, great other benefits (purchasing additional leave etc.)
