Generous benefits package on top of salary. At Senior Manager level this equates to approximately an additional 10% on top of base salary. This can be taken as cash or spent on a variety of benefits. If employee contributes 8% of salary to pension, PwC will contribute an additional 12%. Shared parental leave available to both parents of 22 weeks fully paid.
Good: Pension, flexible choices, car lease, choice of base location, Bad: Consulting sometime dictates large amount of travel and inflexible work patterns. Some of the expense policies are not employee friendly

Its not really very clear. A benefits allowance that doesn't include employer pension match amounts and only some benefits can be opted out of so you can't take all of allowance as cash.
