Company cars seem really expensive. Its rather complicated to work through the various flexible options and understand which are just benefits and which are salary sacrifice options.

Bonus is not consistent with the rest of the industry but staff retention and development opportunities are very good.

PwC provides a comprehensive & flexible package that can be tailored to suit your needs and be updated over time. The latter inclusion of "Gadget" Insurance being one such nod. The free tastecard wasn't much use though.

10 days paid emergency childcare. Flexible benefits with lots of choice (buying & selling holiday leave, and matched pension contributions were the most useful)
