They have great benefits that encompass FPTO, gym, full benefits, they also provide on site chiro, and cheap lunches and breakfasts.
The "unlimited" vacation is nice in theory but the reality is that many don't actually use any vacation due to workloads and are forced at the end of the year to take the mandatory 2 weeks off. It's nice though if you have an emergency and can take an unplanned day or two off.
Great options for benefit coverage, both individual and family. Also, great perks - onsite gym and free fitness classes, subsidized cafeteria, discount programs and more!
health package, RRSP package, flexible sick and vacation days, learning resources university or courses offered at workplace from time to time.
The 401k package leaves a bit to be desired, but everything else is amazing. Unlimited FPTO, an on-site gym and cafe, casual work environment, even a policy for people who want to bring their dog to the office (they can!)
Best - flexible paid unlimited vacation
Great benefits! Dental/Medical are great, there are packages that are paid and you get 100% coverage. The other perks of the company are great! Onsite facilities, gym, cafeteria, massage, and chiro, the list goes on!
Fairly average for tech industry
Overall everything is standard and within a competitive level to other companies. The unlimited vacation time is the exception though. At my level, I don't really get to take advantage of it, but those within my team definitely have. The value is in the need for people to take extended time to address family needs, and the unlimited vacation time goes a long way in allowing them to do that.
Subsidized meal, on-site cafe, on-site gym and many other activities for employees
