Benefit package ok. 80/20. medical and optical.
Six full day Fridays off in summer if you work extra hours during the week, however, it's so busy you can't ever actually take the time off.
The benefits package at Plan Canada is better than most! They match RRSP contributions and offer a good spending account for full-time employees which includes a fair amount per type of doctor/paramedical. Don't hold your breath if you're looking for any type of performance bonus.
Having to wait three months for benefits is madness. Two weeks vacation is also bananas.
No optometry/eye care coverage nor coverage for dependents -- contract staff
It is a pretty basic benefits package, but the medical coverage is good and the card works directly at the pharmacy. You get dental and health but unfortunately no vision or any other extended benefits. However, you do get basic medical coverage when traveling abroad.
No benefits are provided for the time
Health spending account and RRSP match
Pretty generous with the time off - good vacation time, plus they often give you extra days off around long weekends, and the holiday season. They also contribute to your RRSP.
