They go through Manulife with a decent plan. Unfortunately, it's only offered to Full Time, Assistant Store Managers and Store Managers. Which most store locations only take in one full timer per store. Vacation is standard as well. The only perk with that is you can pretty much use it whenever you have accumulated a desired amount of hours and hope your manager is nice enough to approve the time off. Hopefully they start offering benefits to their part timers because you really can't keep a staff with simply discounts. 50% off of their house brand Performatrin. 30% for other various products and livestock. 20% for other additional products.

Nothing, they don’t provide any benefits and are very stingy on pay raises l. Nice enough environment
