Great health benefits, bonuses and vacation pay. Stock options weren't too good due to lacklustre stock price.
Very flexible package, unfortunately the oil stock prices took a big hit and left my package with almost nothing by the end.

I liked the amount of vacation and that it was done by your age and not by years of service. Great coverage for dental, vision, etc with a health care spending for anything not covered
Best part is the savings match. $1.50 for every $1.00 so you can save up to a total of 25% base salary per year. Stock incentives, cash bonuses and excellent health and dental package as well. Much better than any other company I have worked for.
