Expenses are paid regularly. These are weekly. Pay rises seem to be non existent regardless of performance review outcomes. Bonuses can be paid but this does not have an input on your pension and your ability to get mortgage. Overall, the financial packages when working for the company do not keep up with inflation and in essence you are constantly getting poorer.
