    4 weeks vacation plus some flex, personal and sick days as well. Sick days could be more generous, but vacation time makes up for it.

Benefits were paid 100% by company and offered decent coverage on dental, a paramedical services. Company paid a MSP allowance monthly. They need to put a group RSP plan in place to encourage retirement savings .
