Great benefits (dental, massage, vision)
Fair at best - standard but nothing exceptional
We dont need a referral for Physio
Great benefits from great west life, a company that doesn’t argue with you. Extensive dental and vision. Eighty percent to 100% on most major coverage points.
Salary increase is not the best, no bonus, health insurance I a hanging every 6 months
No maternity Benefits which makes it difficult for the leave of absence and no guarantee on the same job placement
There are no sick days but you have 3 weeks of Paid Time Off to start, which grows to a max of 5 or 6 weeks after ~5 years of employment. This is great for people who don't get sick much, but if you're sick often it leaves you without vacation time. I am very pleased with the most recent health benefits plan, which includes some coverage for chiropractic visits, RMT visits, acupuncture etc. I think this is clever given the shoulder/neck/upper back tension that haunts many of us with desk jobs.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
