Great benefits except for vacation which is capped for all employees
Had good medical coverage which was able to pay for medications, and the massage therapy clinic downstairs made it easy to fit a treatment in between meetings.

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

The benefits are pretty standard at Myplanet. Flex timings and work from home options are really good as they allow the employees to be more productive in the time that suits them.
Health plan was reasonable. Vacation time was adequate for the sector (3 weeks), but sort of immaterial as it was difficult/impossible to ever take vacation time due to the workload. There were no other benefits.
