‘relative short vacation offer comparing to the industry’
Cool gadgets. Work from home. Good medical and health coverage. Career development opportunities and personal development opportunities. Employee stock options.
$500/practitioner per year with $2000 of mental health coverage at 100% for a single person. If you have a family, you need to pay for your spouse/family members. They will cover phone plans if you're client facing and $25 for internet as a subsidy.
Great benefits except for vacation which is capped for all employees
Had good medical coverage which was able to pay for medications, and the massage therapy clinic downstairs made it easy to fit a treatment in between meetings.
The latest conversations about Tech
I left Medallia and started a new HRIS Manger role at a large healthcare organization. It’s my first week and there are several red flags: * For the next 6 weeks, I am at an overflow location completely separated from all but 2 members of my team. It is an interior office with no windows in a large office building. It is like working in a walk-in closet. * When we move, the hybrid option I was led to believe was an option will not be.

$2000 toward mental health services a year.
Good benefits package including medical, virtual tools and work from home subsidies. Flexible work hours, and standard PTO
Employee continuous learning expense is very limited
A ton of investment in training, feedback and professional development. I get flexibility when I need it. Generous Maternity and Parental top-up policy. They offer a Stock Option Plan as a services firm, which is rare in my experience.
Awesome days, where you can take time off to learn something new. Health insurance covers wide array of things.
The benefits are pretty standard at Myplanet. Flex timings and work from home options are really good as they allow the employees to be more productive in the time that suits them.
