    2 weeks vacation is great however the sales position has black out time at the end of the sales quarters

    Vacation paid is 3 weeks, after 2 years of service you start getting 1 extra day up to 20 days total vacation days.

    It is pretty good in terms of vacation and it gets accrued with longer stay at the company. The paternal/maternal benefits are quite attractive too.

    15 days to start. Vacation must be taken within the year. One day is added each year of employment. Office closes down between Chirstmas and New Year except in those finance positions that are required to complete the quarter close.
