Our Professional Development (PD) Program
We offer our consultants 80 training hours and a $3,000 budget per year.
Our Certification Bonuses
Online’s certification program incents certifications relative to the strategic needs of Online. Certification bonuses are paid out in Certification PD units (50%) and in cash bonuses (50%).
Our Referral Bonus Program
We offer two payment options:
Option A: $1.00 for every billable hour that your referral bills for as long as you both remain employed at Online.
Option B: $1,500 after new hire reaches their three-month anniversary and $1,500 12 months following the new hire’s three-month anniversary
Our Career Teams
Career groups were established to ensure that all Onliners would have access to the next generation of leaders at Online and would benefit from the knowledge and experience of these individuals.
Our Lunch and Learns
Onliners are encouraged to attend our Lunch and Learn sessions as well as share their knowledge with their peers through them.
Our CIA (Culture in Action) Program
This program recognizes and thanks Onliners for demonstrating our core values and our culture to their client, to Online, to other Onliners, or to the community.
Our Travel Bonus
Onliners are eligible for a $500 travel bonus if they are working away from their home base 10 or more nights in a month. For every night over 10 nights, they receive an additional $50/night.
Our Vet Awards
Our Vet Awards recognize Onliners who are celebrating milestone anniversaries -- 5 years, 10 years, 15 years, etc.
Our Vacation Benefit
Online observes paid holidays in accordance with state/provincial and federal laws), as well as vacation days:
Years 1-4 – 3 weeks; Years 5-9 – 4 weeks; Years 10+ – 5 weeks; Years 21 and 26 – 2 bonus weeks
Onliners are eligible for interest free computer loans to a maximum of $2,500.
Referral Bonus Program Lunch and Learns
RRSP plan added in 2018. Online will contribute 1% of salary into a DPSP for an Onliner's contribution of 2% salary.
Health Insurance package is quite good, there is no retirement savings plan though, which would be nice to have.
Flexible and tailored benefits excellent.
The Health benefits are okay, but they are expensive for what you get. The medication coverage is only 90% and it tops out at $7500 per year.
