Health, vacation and professional development programs are fantastic, retirement savings matching program is somewhat poor. Overall good benefits.

Pros: It is a flat management structure which saves you from the red tape in larger organisations. Every one is approachable and always ready to help Cons: On the retirement side and bonus structure, the company lags behind any industry standards. With a bit more focus on this avenue, I am sure this company will stand out.

Good compensation, opportunity to grow, professional development program, friendly work environment, nice office locations, decision-making power, health benefits, saving plan for retirement, extended health benefits. Better than any of my last employers!

RRSP plan added in 2018. Online will contribute 1% of salary into a DPSP for an Onliner's contribution of 2% salary.

Health Insurance package is quite good, there is no retirement savings plan though, which would be nice to have.

The Health benefits are okay, but they are expensive for what you get. The medication coverage is only 90% and it tops out at $7500 per year.
