NRUCFC Has A Great Benefits Package!
benefits are very good you will like them
Great benefits package combined with short and long term incentives
Rare to have a defined benefit pension plan.
Great benefits and pension
Good: They have pension and 401(k) match and great Medical, Dental and Vision. Also great employer contribution to HSA. Bad: No Maternity or Paternity leave and no work from home.
Benefits package is great with numerous medical, dental, and vision options. Yearly bonuses are great. Possibility for monetary rewards throughout the year. Best education assistance I've seen with any company.
The base pay should be more on a market level. They make up for it with a short and long term bonus every year based on corporate goals and corporate credit rating.
Very competitive benefits package. No work from home policy was challenging. Traffic in the DMV can be rough especially during the winter months.
Short and Long Term Incentive Plan is a great perk that all employees are eligible for after a certain amount of service time, and it is a major enhancement to overall compensation. CFC also offers a pension plan. Only downsides are inflexible (non-existent) work-from-home policy, and the need to use PTO in the event of major storms, as the office will never close.
