Regular, nothing to complain. Rate the benefits package overall
Benefits are average, the cost increases every year but the coverage amounts decrease.
Good benefits package... kicks in after 3 months probation
average in market with nothing wrong but nothing exciting either.
They say unlimited sick days but after 4th day it is really un-paid leave. Vacation days are accrued each month, which forces one to take holiday at end of year, lacks flexibility.
Nakisa is adding up benefits lately as they are starting 4% group RRSP matching. Hope this trend continues and see some traction on subsidised OPUS+ Standard vacations with additional week off in holiday season. Decent health/dental coverage.
No benefits whatsoever for Summer Interns
The company has good benefits. stock options, work life balance, I do not know what else to say but that
stock options mean nothing unless the company goes IPO or is bought out.
Would be nice to get details within the offer package when signing; not a big deal.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
