The independence. You have an ability to really work on your sales abilities, adapting to different consumers. How you market the products is up to you, so it fosters a sense of empowerment that might not be attainable elsewhere for that amount of experience.

Unless you are working an office position or management, there are no benefits at Mosaic Sales Solutions, regardless of how long you've been there. Many workers earn overtime as stated by law, but even those that regularly work 50+ hour weeks aren't offered any benefits. The hours are very flexible, but training is nonexistent unless you're fortunate enough to be teamed up with people who will train you.
