The independence. You have an ability to really work on your sales abilities, adapting to different consumers. How you market the products is up to you, so it fosters a sense of empowerment that might not be attainable elsewhere for that amount of experience.

Co pay is high, and benefits are not great. Benefits package is confusing and is tiered
Decent vacation for all new employees- 4 weeks. RRSP match is lower than industry standard at a max of $1000 per year. Health and dental packages are decent. No pension plan or other major perks.
Unfortunately, because this is a contract-based job, the employees do not get many benefits such as RRSP, childcare, health or dental benefits. Great company overall
