    They are very accomidating and job is waiting for you when you come back. And they will even advance you if a position is not available when your leave is done.

    Maternity leave is the standard 1 year. Head office is very unorganized when it comes to filing paperwork for benefit and employment status changes. I've had to sign multiple forms twice because of them being misplaced or deleted.

    they will keep your position, but when you are back, will be sent to different location and go through training process again

    When I was off I was told that the woman in my position wanted my job and this was being considered and that I would have to relocate to another store. They had to keep me 22km in distance from my location as per policy. It was not very comfortable know my District Manager gave this any thought while I was off.
