Covers almost everything including travel insurance.
Best thing is 80% coverage
80% and $250 spending acount
Work life balance was good and overtime opportunities
Decent health coverage (85% coverage) that includes travel insurance and covers travel vaccines which is a definite plus. Do have employee perks that no one ever talks about --cons on these include some that are outdated and location-specific. Do have three paid sick days, which is nice but very difficult to use depending on the store you work at. There are leaves of absences available if needed as well. If you are a branch manager or above, you do get three weeks of vacation pay instead of the standard two. There is tuition reimbursement for workshops or classes you take that pertains to your position but this usually doesn't benefit anyone at the store level. There is a quarterly group bonus plan as well for operations staff including store staff. If you are full time, like I am, you're guaranteed 20 hours + benefits package.
Company has a great benefit program
Got discounts on other currencies, cashing cheques, health and dental coverage was amazing. The health benefits were amazing with their chiroprator
The benefits overall were good.
The benefits package is pretty good. you get a week vacation per year once you start, you also get dental, vision, health and a bit of some other things like counseling. They offer a little more then just the minimum.
