Benefits are good in general
Best thing: Tuition fees compensation. Flexible working hour, especially during summer, employees could leave right after noon if overall working hours (35 hrs) for the week have been fulfilled. Worst thing: The company doesn't offer RRSP.
Free breakfast, 500 a year for the gym, flexible hours, nice environment to work in. people are so nice.
The insurance package is good; offering coverage up to 80% on public and private services via a wide range of health services.
Breakfast, parties, dental, vision, 5a7’s, gym allowance
I think benefits are good but a big thing missing is rrsp
Breakfast, gym and sports money, good amount of days off and sick days. Decent parties. Subsidized cafeteria. Free coffee and tea. Parking spots.
The worst thing is that there is no work from home or retirement plan. Message is clear, this is not a long term career place, it’s a stepping stone for your career elsewhere
They pay for the breakfast and parties by low employee salaries
