‘Fairly decent vacations and sick leaves’
‘Decent but not the best insurance ’
‘They are pretty supportive of their employees’
The benefits are really good and the management is very supportive and they encourage every employee to perform better.
The company drastically cut the extended benefit program at the beginning of 2020. From $500 per each paramedical service, it dropped to $500 for all paramedical services. A better option would be to allow employees to customize their extended benefits package. It's more inclusive and innovative.
Easy job. Very low pay.
Benefits have been reduced this year
The good---RRSP match upto 4% The Bad---Low base salary
Insurance only covers about 50% and it takes a hefty chunk of the pay.
3 weeks vacation a new hire, 4 weeks after 7 years. 50/50 Benefit plan, option to opt in or out of dental. $500 dollar for chiro, physio and massage each which is nice. Vision $300 every 2 years
Great benefit plan. Covers glasses every two years up to $250, physiotherapy, chiropractor, massage $500 each a year. Dental covered well too.
