You have to pay for your benefits. Company pays some you pay as well
Metroland offered a competitive enhanced benefit program for their medical, dental and vision care. Vacation time was generous starting with 3 weeks for new hires.
There's some basic coverage but nothing to write home about.
Part Time benefits do not include health only dental.
Good retirement plan with company matching contributions.
Metroland has a very strong benefits package, covering dental, health and life insurance. There is also a company pension plan that is quite good.
the worst thing is that I pay for benefits and employer contributes and I never end up using the benefits
Health Ins and benefits are in line with todays expectations. 3 weeks + 2 days vacation for sales roles. Company RSP match program option
easy company website to see benefits with links to submit claims. You can log in and make adjustments to beneficiary. Are able to see what claims you have submitted in the past and what your benefits are and the amount still available throughout the year
Overall the package is good especially for a young person starting off in the workforce. Vacation time, Dental and Health insurance as well as bonuses are always nice. I like the EAP services because you can use it for anything not just in times of tragic or hardship. They have some great tips on to lead a healthy lifestyle such as working out and cool recipes.
