Counselling total per year was only $300, no eye coverage
Best: pretty decent benefits package, although family coverage is reserved for Directors or higher. Worst: no pension plan
Vacation days are very generous
small coverage, traditional benefits. no RRSP/pension options bother me.
The best thing is a free Goodlife membership. The worst is no eyecare coverage.
The health insurance is abysmal - does not include any vision care. There is also no short term sick leave policy so for employees with chronic illnesses, they must take unpaid leave when they surpass their 5 sick days per year.
Best: Long holidays in December (10 days) Worst: The benefits package is the worst in the market. Minimal coverage and does not cover spouse
Best: discounting perks with partner companies Worst: not having good healthcare or maternity leave options (especially with so many female employees!)
best - vacation days increase each year (10-12-15) worst - no pension plan or matching or anything like that
There were not many benefits.
