4 day work week is awesome!
Most people things that a `4 days work week` is the most exciting benefit that we have in MavTek. For me, it's the team that is very humble. Growth Team (AdsSquad) is my family. I miss you guys

Best benefits package you could find.
Flex hours, great benefits and lots of perks
Great health and dental plan but no pension plan
Pretty extensive coverage with Manulife, no pension plan. "Free" breakfast and lunch (pre-pandemic); there was a meal paycheck deduction which you could not opt-out.
