    The benefits are pretty standard. Time off includes 3 weeks vacation to start and 3 personal days a year. Benefits are through a flex plan but still a little disappointing considering we are employees of the company that provides the benefits.

    Flexible work arrangement. Employees have the option to work from home and even do compressed work week schedule. Management is in full support to this and there are tools to support remote-employees.

    They reduced it recently where you have to pay from your salary for a larger premiums.

    Most likely the same situation that all companies face; extended health benefits cost keep rising and you get less. You would think employees would get a discount or a better package, but that's not the case. However, the stock ownership ans rrsp matching plan is very good in my opinion, they have your best interests in mind when it comes to your retirement planning.
