Everything was good. I liked the benefits package
3 percent RSP a bit low. Health and Dental 80% reasonable, vacation standard, extra week given for sick, misc. days off in addition to vacation
Since I was the the contractor worker, there was no special benefit package. I had the vacation pay, though, I don't remember how much it was. The vacation pay was summed up and paid when my contract ended.
Great staff. Friendly working environment
no group RSP until completing one year of service but get 3 weeks vacation from day one.
Benefit package over all is pretty good.
Full standard family health insurance including dental, medical, optical ect. 2 weeks payed vacations and ~20 sick days more payed vacation could accumulate depending on overtime hour inputs.
Benefits are ok, nothing special. The coverage for eye care lets you buy one pair of glasses or contacts every two years, which is not enough. I've also had to pay a lot out of pocket for dental expenses due to coverage limits.
Match up to 4% contribution to RRSP.
