Overall pretty good, best features: cafe with great food in house (employees get a 30% discount), company gym and villa stay program (one free stay at select villas per year. Worst features: only 2 sick days / personal days per year, max of 4 weeks vacation no matter how long you work at the company, no free on site parking. Working from home is not an option for everyone, no clear cut rules on who applies. Very positive office space and great people to work with.
Only 2 weeks' vacation (I hear it is now 3 but keep in mind there are periods when you can't travel!) Only 2 personal days. Health benefits are very basic with low maximums & many things not covered - you end up paying a lot of out of pocket. There are NO pension or RRSP options available. And all this is part of a VERY low salary package, with bonuses which may or may not be paid - you never know.
Not great - only 2 sick days
The company offers a salary and basic health insurance, a gym on site, and access to some parties. There are not retirements plan or career growth support.
