Comprehensive benefits offerings. Like most things in life, onus is on you to do the research and maximize what is available to you. More generous than other organizations that I have worked for. While "pension plan" or "retirement plan" isn't an offering, there is a group savings option, which the employer contributes to. There is no workers comp but this is addressed by LTD and STD benefits. $300 fitness credit = "gym membership" - you can use it the way you want, with some restrictions on how it can be applied.
