‘Amount of time depends on job position and tenure with organization.’
‘1/2 of benefit is paid before commencing and the other half is paid upon completion. Fair way of handling individuals who might be overenthusiastic about what they can actually commit to.’
‘Not a benefit many companies provide - a good competitive advantage ’
Health & Dental Insurance; loyalty days; RRSP program
Standard benefits, dental and medical coverage, massage, stipend for exercise classes/equipment, loyalty days (2 extra vacation days) to use at your leisure, starting 2 -3weeks of vacation that goes up
Great benefits, very flexible for life and work balance
Solid benefits package: - medical and dental - anniversary miles and extra vacation time - RRSP matching and stock purchase plans through parent company
Great work culture! CEO was charismatic and inspirational
Pretty comprehensive program and lot's of flexible benefits allow you to adjust what you want and focus where you need it.
Comprehensive benefits offerings. Like most things in life, onus is on you to do the research and maximize what is available to you. More generous than other organizations that I have worked for. While "pension plan" or "retirement plan" isn't an offering, there is a group savings option, which the employer contributes to. There is no workers comp but this is addressed by LTD and STD benefits. $300 fitness credit = "gym membership" - you can use it the way you want, with some restrictions on how it can be applied.
17 vacation days minimum, Health spending account can vary by package, the do have rrsp matching contributions
dental benefits are not great, too many restrictions
Equity is dramatically going down
