‘They follow standard procedure for Worker's comp. You have to get the form filled out by the physician that attends to you. ’
‘They have vision, dental, etc. Pretty standard for a retail company and position. Don't go in expecting everything to be covered when in a retail position’
‘Not as rich as other home improvement retailers’
Peak associates dont have access to all benefits
It was fire but it could have been better
Great health and dental for the position. Also offered partial compensation for chiropractors and massages. Pretty standard for what you would expect for a retail position.
There were no benefits for part time employees and a shit medical benefits for full time. you get 10 percent off though
10% off employee discount, full time and part time employees get standard benefits package including health insurance, rrsp and share purchasing option
The company offered a flexible benefits plan to match your lifestyle needs. Employee discount is an added bonus and is helpful for home improvement projects.
Just the regular benefits
They offer pretty good benefits but I don't believe they had orthodontics and if they had vision it wasn't more than $200 every couple of years.
Casual/Peak, no matter how many years you get none!
Bonus 2% mais dépendre du rendement de la compagnie.
