Impressive merchandise discount and allowance, good benefits, competitive premiums
Theres not many benefits at all. Sometimes you make a small commission on the sales but it's only about 5 to 15 dollars on your paycheck. No medical is offered as far as I know and vacations are okay but there are a few blackout periods.
50% off regular items only and discounted price as mark (no additional). when you reach you minimum SPH for 2 weeks, you get bonus for every big transaction that have gone under your name. this bonus goes towards a store credit. very competitive and not worth it to achieve. too many conflict between sales associate for nothing.
They don't have a lot of benefits since the team is paid minimum wage. The manager didn't end up elaborating the benefits provided.
Employees get 50% off from the original price ticket, no additional discount on reduced merchandise. It’s not an excellent discount because the original price is extremely high. Your pay check basically goes back into the company (though, that’s how most retail places are).
Pleasant environment, competitive salary packages, OK benefits. Management is very family oriented which sometimes makes the decision taking too long of a procedure.
It costs so much! I spend well over $50 per biweekly check on "benefits" Best thing, most places recognize desjardins group.
