Paid sick leave, paid vacation, paid holidays. 401K, Aflac, Life insurance, pretty good health and dental insurance, a few options to select from.

Provide Health after hit amount of hours. Standard health options given. Nothing special. Celebration every now and again. Did not receive any other perks or benefits for my contracted role.

Okay for company size, but could be more progressive

All benefits offered but expensive to add family members. Either way, they offer 65% of coverage for medical. Dental and vision offered. Paid leaves, vacations and everything that an employees wants to have in a job.

they have never offered me one. They have never offered me a pay rise and when i after 2 years working for them asked for a pay review it lead to me being fired.

Flexibility and work from home if you do the telephone interpreting but this is a contract position no real benefits other than that. It is difficult to get benefits in this job if you are going to be a contract worker.

Benefits are probably on par with other company of this size.

Former Customer Service Specialist in Vancouver, WA, Washington State

Family medical coverage was literally 42% of gross income. Barely covered basics. Dental, vision, life, temp disability all extra and all cost a huge amount. Even though no one in the room could afford the prices, they still brought in a sales rep from aflec to sell us extra insurance - extra disability and cancer. Just added insult to injury - and they really had to clue how expensive it was compared to our wage.

I did not take their benefits packages. Their 401K, which was sole employee funded, was probably the best benefit they offered. They were also very kind with time off for family emergencies as long as the privilege was not abused.
