‘Very good. However, doesn't include leave for parents who adopt.’
‘The best part about the compensation. One can take sabbatical too for 6 months!’
‘Life insurance is not offered by L'Oreal’
Products discount, summer hours, health benefits
Not amazing not bad
Medical Insurance by Sun Life, costs over $100/month the most basic plan. Wellness Spending Account of $400 per year. Performance bonus paid every February of between 6k and 10k before taxes, depending on the industry's performance evolution ( any bad year for the beauty industry will negatively impact your bonus amount)
Very good advantages overall. Good insurance
Benefits are good but employee's part is expensive.
A few hundreds goes to covering any gym membership, workout classes etc.
RRSP plan, employee discount on all the products under the L'Oreal brand which is amazing for women. Bonus could be negotiated better as I did not do that.
